Start-up designer @ Fingertip

Fingertip was a start-up when I joined. It was the most advanced Salesforce native app in the market back in 2016. My primary role was handling everything to do with design. The actual UI design in Salesforce Lightning ecosystem, (old) company website, marketing material (i.e. Dreamforce booth design, video production, sales support presentation decks), you name it… To top these, I did sales activities like lead collection, cold calls, hot calls, and client account management. Additionally, I hosted webinars which you can find in Fingertip’s YouTube page. We were a small, ten people team for over a year.
Shortly, Fingertip is/was a decision-making application for organizations. The idea behind was a very cool one and we used the solution in every aspect of our daily work during the time I worked there with joy.
